Amendment of Trustees Act
Section 3 of the Trustees Act (Cap. 337, 2005 Ed.) is amended by deleting the definition of “court” and substituting the following definition:“ “court” means the High Court and includes, in any case where the trust concerned is an executorship or administratorship, a Family Court;”.
