Clause 9

Section 29 of the Government Proceedings Act (Cap. 121, 1985 Ed.) is amended by deleting subsection (4) and substituting the following subsection:“(4) In any civil proceedings mentioned in subsection (2), costs are payable in respect of the services of more than 2 legal officers if the court so certifies.”.
