Amendment of section 2
Section 2 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “Singapore Workforce Development Agency” in the definition of “Agency” and substituting the words “Workforce Singapore Agency”;
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the word “means” in the definition of “Chairman”, the words “the member of the Agency who is appointed under section 7A as”; and
(c)
by inserting, immediately after the word “means” in the definition of “Deputy Chairman”, the words “the member of the Agency who is appointed under section 7A as”.
