Amendment of Schedules
(1)
The Minister may, by order in the Gazette, amend either or both of the First and Second Schedules.
(2)
The Minister may, in an order made under subsection (1), make such provisions of a saving or transitional nature consequent on the enactment of the order as the Minister may consider necessary or expedient.
