Related amendments to Bankruptcy Act
The Bankruptcy Act (Cap. 20, 2009 Ed.) is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “by the Commissioner for Labour” in the definition of “retrenchment benefit” in section 56I(9), the words “or by an Employment Claims Tribunal constituted under section 4 of the State Courts Act (Cap. 321)”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “by the Commissioner for Labour” in the definition of “retrenchment benefit” in section 90(5), the words “or by an Employment Claims Tribunal constituted under section 4 of the State Courts Act (Cap. 321)”.
