Amendment to Undesirable Publications Act
Section 21 of the Undesirable Publications Act (Cap. 338, 1998 Ed.) is amended by deleting subsection (5) and substituting the following subsection:“(5) All fees collected under this section are to be paid to the Info‑communications Media Development Authority established by section 3 of the Info‑communications Media Development Authority Act 2016.”.
