Audited annual financial statements
(1)
The Authority must, as soon as its accounts and financial statements have been audited in accordance with the provisions of this Act, send to the Minister a copy of the audited financial statements, signed by the Chairperson, together with a copy of the auditor’s report under section 57(1).
(2)
The Minister must, as soon as practicable, cause a copy of the audited financial statements and of the auditor’s report under section 57(1) to be presented to Parliament.
(3)
Where the auditor is not the Auditor‑General, the auditor must forward to the Auditor‑General a copy of the audited financial statements and of the auditor’s report under section 57(1), at the same time as the auditor submits them to the Authority.
