Clause 76
Penalty for obstructing or hindering Authority
(1)
A person must not obstruct or hinder —
(a)
the Authority or a member of the Authority; or
(b)
a committee of the Authority or a committee member; or
(c)
the Chief Executive, or an employee or delegate of the Authority,in the performance of any function or the exercise of any power under this Act.
(2)
A person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.
