Clause 88

Application of this Part

This Part applies in respect of —

(a)

the Former IDA in relation to the transferring IDA function; and

(b)

the Former MDA.

This Part does not affect the operation of, or derogate from —

(a)

any provision in Part 9; or

(b)

section 16 of the Interpretation Act (Cap. 1).
