Amendment to Newspaper and Printing Presses Act
Section 43 of the Newspaper and Printing Presses Act (Cap. 206, 2002 Ed.) is repealed and the following section substituted therefor:“Payment of fees, etc.43.—
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), all fees and other moneys collected under this Act are to be paid to the Info‑communications Media Development Authority established by section 3 of the Info‑communications Media Development Authority Act 2016.(2) All sums collected under section 42 for the composition of an offence under this Act are to be paid into the Consolidated Fund.”.
