Amendment to Spam Control Act
Section 2 of the Spam Control Act (Cap. 311A, 2008 Ed.) is amended by deleting the definition of “Authority” and substituting the following definition:“ “Authority” means the Info‑communications Media Development Authority established by section 3 of the Info‑communications Media Development Authority Act 2016;”.
