Consequences of failure to disclose interest
(1)
The Agency must report to the Minister of a failure to comply with section 25 or 26, and of the acts affected, as soon as practicable after becoming aware of the failure.
(2)
The Agency’s report under subsection (1) of a member’s failure to comply with section 25 or 26 must state whether that failure was due to any reasonable cause.
