Clause 50

The Agency must, in every financial year, prepare or cause to be prepared, and adopt, annual estimates of income and expenditure of the Agency for the ensuing financial year.

The Agency may adopt supplementary estimates of income and expenditure of the Agency where necessary.

A copy of all annual estimates and supplementary estimates mentioned in this section must be sent to the Minister as soon as possible after their adoption by the Agency.
