Interpretation of this Part
In this Part, unless the context otherwise requires —“Former IDA” means the Info-communications Development Authority of Singapore established by section 3 of the Info‑communications Development Authority of Singapore Act (Cap. 137A);“transfer date” means the date of commencement of Part 2;“transferring IDA function”, in relation to the Former IDA, has the same meaning as in section 74.
