Clause 81

Any guideline or standard of performance that is issued by the Former IDA for the public sector (in relation to the transferring IDA function) under the Info-communications Development Authority of Singapore Act, and is in force immediately before the transfer date, remains in force and is deemed to have been issued by the Agency under this Act, to the extent that it is not inconsistent with this Act.

Every act done by or on behalf of the Former IDA (in relation to the transferring IDA function) has effect as though it was done by or on behalf of the Agency, and remains in force until such time as the Agency invalidates, revokes, cancels or otherwise determines that act.

Where anything has been started by or on behalf of the Former IDA (in relation to the transferring IDA function) before the transfer date, the Agency may carry on and complete that thing on or after that date.

For a period of 2 years after the date of commencement of any provision of this Act, the Minister may, by regulations, prescribe such additional provisions of a saving or transitional nature consequent on the enactment of that provision as the Minister may consider necessary or expedient.
