Clause 24

The statements made to a police officer in the course of investigations conducted pursuant to an order made under section 22 are admissible as evidence in proceedings for contempt of court under this Act in accordance with section 258 or 259 of the Criminal Procedure Code (Cap. 68), as may be applicable.
