Consequential amendment to Community Disputes Resolution Act 2015

Section 30(3) of the Community Disputes Resolution Act 2015 (Act 7 of 2015) is amended by deleting the words “section 8 of the State Courts Act (Cap. 321)” and substituting the words “the Administration of Justice (Protection) Act 2016”.
