Consequential amendments to Women’s Charter
The Women’s Charter (Cap. 353, 2009 Ed.) is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “Failure” in section 50(3) and substituting the words “Despite the provisions of the Administration of Justice (Protection) Act 2016, failure”;
(b)
by deleting subsection (9) of section 65; and
(c)
by deleting subsection (3) of section 131.
