Clause 4
Application of Act
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), this Act does not apply to any public authority.
(2)
The Minister may by order declare that a public authority is one to which this Act applies.
(3)
The provisions in Parts 3 and 6 of the Act are in addition to, and do not derogate from, anything in the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 26 of 2012).
