Clause 47

Appeals

(1)

Any person that is aggrieved by a decision of the Authority under section 40, 41 or 42 may, within 30 days after receiving the decision of the Authority, appeal in writing to the Minister.

(2)

A licensed credit bureau that is aggrieved by the decision of the Authority under section 46(2)(b) may, within 30 days after receiving the decision of the Authority, appeal in writing to the Minister.

(3)

A licensed credit bureau, or any chief executive officer or director of the licensed credit bureau, that is aggrieved by a direction of the Authority under section 46(7) may, within 30 days after receiving the direction, appeal in writing to the Minister.
