Clause 65

General penalty

Any person guilty of an offence under this Act for which no penalty is expressly provided shall be liable on conviction —

(a)

in the case of an individual, to a fine not exceeding $50,000; or

(b)

in any other case, to a fine not exceeding $100,000.
