Clause 12
Amendment of Article 22
Article 22 of the Constitution is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “Public Service Commission” in clause (1)(f), the words “, and the members of a personnel board established under Article 110D to exercise any power over Division I officers”;
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “or (c)” in clause (1)(fa), the words “, and the members of a personnel board established under Article 111AA”; and
(c)
by deleting clauses (2) and (3).
