Clause 23

Amendment of Article 37J

Article 37J of the Constitution is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “under Article 21(3) or (4)” in clause (1);

(b)

by deleting clauses (2), (2A) and (2B); and

(c)

by deleting the words “(including any quorum) but no such rules shall have effect until they have been approved by the President” in clause (3).
