Amendment of Article 78

Article 78(6) of the Constitution is amended by deleting the words “the affirmative vote of not less than two‑thirds of the total membership of Parliament” in paragraph (c) and substituting the words “not less than two‑thirds of the total number of Members of Parliament (excluding nominated Members)”.
