Clause 12

Section 26(1) of the Telecommunications Act is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (vii), the following paragraph:“(viia)the collection, use and disclosure by telecommunication licensees of information about subscribers of telecommunication services, without the subscribers’ consent, including information about the subscribers’ personal data, telecommunication subscription and usage;”.
