Amendment of section 74

Section 74(2) of the Telecommunications Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “public telecommunication licensee” in paragraph (f) and substituting the words “telecommunication system licensee”; and

(b)

by deleting the full‑stop at the end of paragraph (g) and substituting a semi‑colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(h)the prescribing of anything that is required or permitted to be prescribed under this Act.”.
