Clause 7

Amendment of section 13A

Section 13A of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “or any regulations made thereunder” in subsection (1);

(b)

by deleting the words “or re‑registration” in subsection (1); and

(c)

by deleting the words “within the meaning of the Immigration Act (Cap. 133)” in paragraph (b) of the definition of “law enforcement officer” in subsection (5).
