Amendment of section 12

Section 12(2) of the principal Act is amended by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting the following paragraph:“(a)an employer or employee to whom section 9, 12AA, 12B, 12D, 12E or 12H applies or the repealed section 10A, 12K or 12KB (as in force immediately before the date of commencement of section 9 of the Child Development Co‑Savings (Amendment No. 2) Act 2016) applied;”.
