Clause 14

Amendment of section 48

Section 48 of the principal Act is amended by deleting paragraphs (c) and (d) of the definition of “property” and substituting the following paragraphs:“(c)any unit in a collective investment scheme;

(d)

any derivatives contract; or

(e)

any other asset of value acceptable to an approved clearing house or a recognised clearing house;”.
