Amendment of section 267A

Section 267A of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “a securities exchange” and substituting the words “an approved exchange”;

(b)

by deleting the words “that securities exchange” and substituting the words “that approved exchange”; and

(c)

by deleting the words “securities exchange” in the section heading and substituting the words “approved exchange”.
