Amendment of section 268A

Section 268A of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “a securities exchange” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “an approved exchange”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “securities exchange” in the section heading and substituting the words “approved exchange”.
