Clause 168

Amendment of section 302C

Section 302C(3) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraph:“(b)an offer of units in a collective investment scheme, securities or securities‑based derivatives contracts is made by the firstmentioned person or another person where such offer is a closely related offer,”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “this section, section 272B or 282W” and substituting the words “this section or section 272B”.
