Clause 174

Deletion and substitution of heading of Division 3 of Part XIII

Part XIII of the principal Act is amended by deleting the heading of Division 3 and substituting the following Division heading:“Division 3 — Hawking of Securities, Securities-based Derivatives Contracts and Units in Collective Investment Scheme”.
