Amendment of section 317

Section 317 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “sections 94, 99C and 101A(7) and (8)” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “sections 94, 99C, 101A(7) and (8), 123U and 123ZQ”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “section 94 or 99C” in subsection (2)(a) and substituting the words “section 94, 99C, 123U or 123ZQ”.
