Amendment of section 324
Section 324 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “under this Act” in subsection (1)(a);
(b)
by deleting the words “securities, futures contracts, contracts in connection with leveraged foreign exchange trading,” wherever they appear in subsections (1)(c) and (1A)(b) and (d) and substituting in each case the words “capital markets products,”;
(c)
by deleting the words “transfer of securities” wherever they appear in subsection (1A)(d) and substituting in each case the words “transfer of capital markets products”; and
(d)
by deleting the word “securities” in the section heading and substituting the words “capital markets products”.
