Amendment of section 338
Section 338 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “securities, futures or derivatives industry” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “securities and derivatives industry or to financial benchmarks”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “, relating to securities or futures” in the section heading.
