Clause 206

Consequential and related amendments to Monetary Authority of Singapore Act

The Monetary Authority of Singapore Act (Cap. 186, 1999 Ed.) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the definition of “financial instrument” in section 2;

(b)

by deleting the words “securities exchange, futures exchange” in section 27A(6)(h) and substituting the words “approved exchange”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after the words “section 101A” in section 30AAI(1)(v), the words “or 123ZZC”.
