Amendment of section 81ST

Section 81ST of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “a securities exchange” in subsections (1) and (2) and substituting in each case the words “an approved exchange”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “securities exchange” in the section heading and substituting the words “approved exchange”.
