Section 88 of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (1), the following subsection:“(1A) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), where the Authority grants a capital markets services licence to carry on a business of dealing in capital markets products, the Authority may impose conditions or restrictions under subsection (1) restricting the holder of the capital markets services licence to one or more types of capital markets products in respect of which the holder may carry on a business of dealing in capital markets products.”.
