Clause 51

Section 126 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (4) and substituting the following subsection:“(4) A person who complies with a requirement imposed under subsection (1) is not to be treated as being in breach of any restriction upon the disclosure of information imposed by written law, any rule of law, any contract or otherwise.”.
