Clause 54

Amendment of section 129A

Section 129A of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “Without prejudice to section 337(3) and (4), the” in subsection (2) and substituting the word “The”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after subsection (4), the following subsection:“(4A) The Authority may at any time add to, vary or revoke any condition or restriction imposed under this section.”.
