Clause 61

Amendment of section 130

Section 130 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “a securities exchange” wherever they appear in subsection (2) and substituting in each case the words “an approved exchange”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “securities” in subsection (5), the words “or securities-based derivatives contracts”.
