Amendment of section 137H

Section 137H of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “a securities exchange” in subsections (2) and (3) and substituting in each case the words “an approved exchange”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “securities” in subsection (4), the words “or securities‑based derivatives contracts”.
