Clause 69

Amendment of section 137S

Section 137S of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “a securities exchange” in the definition of “real estate investment trust” in subsection (2) and substituting the words “an approved exchange”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “securities” in subsection (3), the words “, securities‑based derivatives contracts or units in a collective investment scheme”.
