Clause 73

Amendment of section 137ZD

Section 137ZD of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words “shall be payable to the Authority” in subsection (5) and substituting the words “is to be paid into the Consolidated Fund and is to be treated as a debt due to the Government for the purposes of section 10 of the Government Proceedings Act (Cap. 121)”.
