Clause 81

Section 150C of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (1) and substituting the following subsection:“(1) Where a written report or any part of a written report (called in this section the report) has been produced by a foreign regulatory authority upon an inspection under section 150B in respect of any relevant person (called in this section the inspected person) and is provided by the foreign regulatory authority to the inspected person, the report must not be disclosed by the inspected person or, if the inspected person is a corporation, by any of its officers or auditors, to any other person except in the circumstances provided under subsection (2).”.
