Clause 82

Section 151 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (1) and substituting the following subsection:“(1) Despite anything in this Act, the Minister may, if he thinks it in the public interest to do so, appoint any person as an inspector to investigate any matter concerning dealing in capital markets products, administering a designated benchmark or providing information in relation to a designated benchmark.”.
