Clause 21

Section 27DA of the principal Act is amended by deleting paragraph (a) of subsections (1) and (2) and substituting in each case the following paragraph:“(a)a member of the Fund has withdrawn the amount referred to in section 15(6C)(a) which is deposited with an approved bank or retained in the member’s retirement account or any part of that amount, or has surrendered his approved annuity, under section 15(11), (11A), (11B) or (11C);”.
