Clause 23

Section 27Q of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (2), the following subsections:“(3) Different times may be prescribed for different classes of members for the purposes of paragraphs (a) and (b) of the definition of “assessment date” in section 27K(9).(4) Different amounts may be prescribed for different classes of members for the purposes of section 27K(2)(b)(iii).”.
