Clause 33

The principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after section 43, the following section:“Board may reinstate, etc., member’s cover43A. The Board may reinstate an insured person’s cover under the Scheme or issue a cover to any person, in such circumstances as may be prescribed by regulations made under this Part.”.
